How Pickup and Delivery Works

The process is simple. Here's exactly what to expect:

1. 1. Request an estimate. Call (615) 619-6194 or fill out the form on this page. Tell us how many rugs, approximate sizes and any specific issues (pet stains, odor, damage). We'll give you a ballpark estimate over the phone.
2. 2. Schedule pickup. We'll book a pickup window that works with your schedule. Typically within 2-3 business days. We give you a 2-hour arrival window so you're not waiting around all day.
3. 3. On-site inspection. Our team inspects the rug at your home. We check fiber type, construction method, dye stability and condition. We photograph the rug and note any stains, wear or damage. Then we give you an exact price — not a range, not an estimate. Exact.
4. 4. You approve. If the price works, we take the rug. If not, no charge for the inspection. No pressure. We'd rather you make an informed decision.
5. 5. Facility cleaning. Your rug goes to our climate-controlled facility where it's dusted, dye-tested, hand washed and dried flat. The process takes 5-10 days depending on the rug type and condition.
6. 6. Delivery. We call when the rug is ready and schedule a delivery window. Our team brings it to your door — rolled and wrapped for protection. We'll carry it inside and place it in the room if you want. Payment is collected at delivery.

What We Clean

We clean every type of rug. Each gets a customized process based on its fiber, construction and condition:

• → Oriental rugs — hand-knotted and machine-made. Wool, silk and blends. Turkish, Chinese, Indian and Afghan origins. Dye-tested and hand washed with pH-balanced solutions. Starting at $3/sq ft.

Why a Rug Cleaner Instead of a Carpet Cleaner?

Austin has dozens of carpet cleaning companies. Most of them will say yes if you ask them to clean your rug. Here's why that's risky.
